This project is located along the Chicopee River in the Chicopee Falls neighborhood on the former FaceMate Industrial Complex. The redevelopment of this site marks a significant turn in the City's history and an enormous opportunity to celebrate the town’s vibrant past and embrace the area’s natural surroundings.
The mixed-use project will include a 102-unit, 100,000 gsf workforce housing building, a 50,000 gsf indoor athletic facility for the community, and renovates a landmarked industrial warehouse for industrial and retail use. The entire development is designed to be Net-Zero-Ready with the Residential building designed for Passive House certification.
