Grayson E. Jordan, R.A., CPHC, AIA
Principal
Grayson Jordan is a Certified Passive House Consultant and Registered Architect (NY, MA) focused on energy efficiency and sustainability. His portfolio includes the City’s first Passive House Net Zero building (R-951 Residence) and the NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence award-winning Bethany Senior Terraces, an affordable senior housing project.
Grayson is skilled in navigating projects with developers, private clients, and numerous city agencies, including the DOB, HPD, and the Landmarks Commission, among others.
Beyond the office, he serves on the NYC Energy Code advisory board and the AIA COTE Social Equity Committee, where he advocates for community engagement in design. He frequently presents on Passive House, sustainability, and modular construction to professionals, students, and the public.
